Mothers Day Dinner Special

In addition to our normal menu, we have a deluxe menu for mum featuring her choice of entree, main and dessert!

Entree:

• A delicate arrangement of prosciutto, fig & walnuts with rocket & blue cheese.
• Gorgeous seared scallops served with asparagus on a flavourful carrot puree

Main:

• Tender lamb loin served on a bed of parmesan & mushroom risotto drizzled with tasty pan jus.
• Divine pan-seared chicken breast with new potato & Jerusalem artichokes on a smooth pea & truffle puree.

Dessert:

• A smooth & velvety vanilla bean Panna Cotta served with a delicious mixed berry compote.
• Luxurious chocolate mousse served with whipped cream, strawberries & a chocolate wafer stick.
